Doctor Steals the Kidneys of a Patient in Bauchi

Police in Bauchi State have arrested a medical doctor, who allegedly removed the kidneys of a patient in his private hospital. Dr. Sani, the proprietor of Aminchi Clinic in Yakubu Wanka, Bauchi, was alleged to have removed the two kidneys of one Abubakar Buba from Bununu, who is currently lying critically ill in hospital on dialysis. It was gathered that he needs about N7 million for kidney transplant to survive. The 23-year-old Abubakar fell ill and was taken to the clinic by his parents. His condition was said to have worsened after the doctor allegedly carried out an operation on him. Father of the patient, Alhaji Buba, said “They asked me for N10,000 which they said was for drugs. After sometime, perhaps they understood that my son would not survive, I raised alarm. They now asked us to go to a hospital in Kano. A Prostitute Mass raped by Six men in Ughelli

Three men were, yesterday,arrested by men of the Ughelli vigilance team in Ughelli North Local Government Area, Delta State for alleged rape. The men were apprehended at the Iwhrekpokpor area of the Ughelli metropolis at about 3 a.m. by members of the vigilance team after they were given a tip-off by a street guard. Briefing newsmen on the incident, leader of the vigilance team, Mr. Monday Owhesiri, said one of the suspects  had invited the prostitute from a brothel at Emosivwe Street to his house at Iwhrekpokpor to sleep with him on agreed fee only for him to rape the prostitute alongside five other friends after threatening to attack her with broken bottles. According to him, the prostitute later escaped naked and ran into the street guard who offered her clothes.
